About the Role

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll perform hands-on repairs and preventative maintenance across multiple trades, ensuring the reliability of machines, mechanical equipment, and building systems.

What You Bring

✔ Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED required
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in maintenance or a related field

✔ Skills & Qualifications

·       Strong verbal and written communication skills

·       Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

·       Attention to detail and ability to work independently

·       Basic knowledge of:

o  Machines and tools (design, operation, repair, and maintenance)

o  Production processes, quality control, and cost efficiency

o  Engineering science and technology applications

Key Responsibilities

🔧 Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand and power tools

🛠️ Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance

🔍 Inspect and service motors, belts, filters, and fluid levels following maintenance checklists

⚡ Install, assemble, and repair electrical components, wiring, plumbing, and machinery

📋 Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and costs

🛑 Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions

🛢️ Clean, lubricate, and maintain machinery components

🏗️ Use hoists, cranes, and specialized tools to dismantle and repair equipment
