Human Resources Associate



Position Description

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and site leadership to support workforce planning, and HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and employment practices.
  • Support the implementation of talent development, engagement, and performance management initiatives.
  • Participate in organizational initiatives such as onboarding programs, employee development activities, and workforce engagement efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws as well as company HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate employee records within HRIS systems and ensure documentation meets internal and regulatory requirements.
  • Review employee change documentation, ensuring proper approvals and accuracy of information.
  • Coordinate onboarding and employee lifecycle activities in partnership with cross‑functional teams.
  • Assist with HR audits and compliance reviews to ensure proper documentation and regulatory adherence.
  • Provide HR operational support including employee movement transactions, onboarding activities, and HR reporting.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist with implementation of HR best practices across the site.
  • Support other HR initiatives and projects as assigned.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • 0-3 years of Human Resources experience supporting HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, or HR programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with managers and employees to address HR-related questions and concerns.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and employee relations practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems and maintaining accurate HR documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while supporting site leadership and HR initiatives.
