As part of our dynamic engineering team, you’ll collaborate across disciplines—including electronics, software, mechanics, and controls—on projects that challenge the status quo and drive real progress. Your skills will help us deliver state-of-the-art machinery and solutions that set new standards for efficiency, reliability, and safety.



What You’ll Do


- Champion safety, both on-site and at customer facilities, ensuring every project starts and finishes with everyone’s wellbeing in mind.

- Contribute to the mechanical design of machines and tooling, making complex challenges simpler and boosting reliability.

- Innovate and refine machine components, always seeking out opportunities to improve designs and performance.

- Be the bridge between internal teams and external vendors—keep projects on schedule and client expectations exceeded with accurate documentation and smart problem-solving.

- Collaborate closely with Controls Engineers and Project Coordinators, influencing projects from concept through to the final build.

- Take on light CNC programming while working with skilled shop personnel to bring designs to life, troubleshoot, and perfect machine operation.

- Be there at every step: build, debug, customer acceptance, field service, and beyond.

- Be a trusted expert—provide clear, actionable documentation and support to customers during and after installation.

- Travel occasionally to client sites, both domestic and international, bringing your hands-on expertise to real-world challenges.

- Continuously scan the horizon for technology trends and help us stay at the forefront of innovation.



What We’re Looking For


- A.S. in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering (required).

- Journeyman certification or 2+ years in machine tools, automation, or a related setting.

- Candidates that do not require H1B Visa sponsorship now or in the future

- Strong troubleshooting skills spanning mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

- Ability to interpret and work from technical schematics and blueprints.

- Bonus points for experience with engines, powertrains, metallurgy, or manufacturing processes.

- Proficiency with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and knowledge of Allen Bradley, Siemens, or Fanuc programming.

- Experience debugging machinery and achieving rapid solutions for customers in the field.

- Analytical thinking—with the ability to see the bigger picture, spot patterns, and recommend improvements.

- A self-starter who thrives independently yet communicates effectively with team members and customers alike.

- Willingness to get hands-on in both our plant and customer locations, with readiness to travel as needed.
