What You’ll Do
- Install and commission advanced robotic equipment in diverse industrial settings.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site and remotely, across service categories including maintenance, upgrades, and system replacements.
- Serve as the technical expert for customers, delivering high-quality service and support with professionalism and precision.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and service teams to plan and execute complex service projects, ensuring all milestones are met.
- Proactively identify and address potential system issues, recommending improvements to prevent future downtime.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based customer relationships through responsive communication and expert guidance.
- Contribute to the development of new service tools, applications, and techniques to support our evolving technology base.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or Control & Automation.
- 5–10 years of hands-on experience working with industrial robots and automation systems.
- Proven skill in the commissioning, maintenance, and repair of robotic systems and automation hardware.
- Working knowledge of PLC programming, controls systems, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently on-site.
- Willingness to travel up to 85%, both domestically and internationally, as needed.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
