Join our team and take charge of a project in Mid-Michigan as the on-site leader. You’ll be responsible for keeping the project on track, subcontractors aligned, and quality at its highest level- all while ensuring a safe and efficient jobsite.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead the Jobsite: Oversee subcontractors, coordinate daily activities, and proactively ensure project needs are met.
  • Manage Project Cost & Scope: Verify subcontractor work, track changes, and communicate scope adjustments to the project manager.
  • Keep the Schedule on Track: Plan and coordinate work efficiently, notify subcontractors in advance, and keep teams aligned.
  • Ensure High-Quality Work: Monitor progress daily, address deficiencies early, and uphold a zero-punch list mindset.
  • Oversee MEP Systems: Partner with subcontractors to ensure proper installation, scheduling, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Execute a Smooth Close-Out: Work with the project manager to ensure seamless project turnover with a strong close-out and commissioning plan.


What You Bring to the Team

  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including installation and troubleshooting.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and directing subcontractors.
  • Clear communication skills to coordinate across project teams, subcontractors, and owners.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-driven- you don’t wait for problems, you solve them.
  • Tech-savvy mindset and willingness to learn new construction management tools.
