How You’ll Make an Impact

Lead the Jobsite: Oversee subcontractors, coordinate daily activities, and proactively ensure project needs are met.

Manage Project Cost & Scope: Verify subcontractor work, track changes, and communicate scope adjustments to the project manager.

Keep the Schedule on Track: Plan and coordinate work efficiently, notify subcontractors in advance, and keep teams aligned.

Ensure High-Quality Work: Monitor progress daily, address deficiencies early, and uphold a zero-punch list mindset.

Oversee MEP Systems: Partner with subcontractors to ensure proper installation, scheduling, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems.

Execute a Smooth Close-Out: Work with the project manager to ensure seamless project turnover with a strong close-out and commissioning plan.
What You Bring to the Team
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including installation and troubleshooting.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and directing subcontractors.
- Clear communication skills to coordinate across project teams, subcontractors, and owners.
- Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-driven- you don’t wait for problems, you solve them.
- Tech-savvy mindset and willingness to learn new construction management tools.
