HR Administrative Assistant – Spring Hill, TN
Contract: 12 months (possible extension or direct hire)
Location: 100% onsite (Monday-Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm) - May be required to start at 5:45am for orientation calls
Compensation: $20 per hour (optional PTO and benefits available)

Position Summary
The HR Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the office by conducting research, handling information requests, and performing clerical duties. You will serve as an information and communication manager for the office, supporting a busy HR team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties (order supplies, maintain records management, basic bookkeeping).
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails.
- Draft responses to routine correspondence and inquiries.

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2–4 years of relevant administrative experience required.
