Job Title: HR Administrator

Pay Rate: $22.00/hour

Location: Oshkosh, WI

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrator to join our Team Member Care team. This role will primarily focus on a file digitization project, converting and organizing physical HR records into a secure digital format. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. In addition to the digitization project, you will support a variety of HR functions, including Workday, Kronos timekeeping, leave of absence management, internal audits, and other general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize, scan, and digitize HR files with precision and accuracy.
  • Ensure all records meet compliance and data privacy standards.
  • Provide administrative support for HR systems including Workday and Kronos.
  • Assist with HR processes such as leave of absence, audits, data entry, and record maintenance.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and provide excellent internal customer service.
  • Participate in other HR initiatives and special projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • At least one (1) year of relevant experience in HR, administrative support, or customer care.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Workday or other HR information systems.
  • Knowledge of time, attendance, or benefits administration systems.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
