Quality Auditor (Dimensional Inspector) – Weekend Shift
Pay Rate: $26.10/hr
Hours: Weekend Shift working 3/12s. 5a-530p Friday-Sunday.

Position Overview
Join a team focused on delivering high-impact results supporting US Defense Combat Mission Systems. As a Quality Auditor (Dimensional Inspector), you will play a critical role in ensuring product quality through precise inspection of machined and welded components. This position supports weekend shift operations and works closely with shop floor teams to maintain compliance with customer and engineering requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform dimensional inspections of machined and welded components using Coordinate Measurement Machine (CMM) equipment
- Verify parts meet blueprint specifications and quality standards prior to shipment
- Utilize standard inspection tools including calipers, micrometers, height gages, and scales
- Interpret and work from engineering drawings and blueprints
- Provide quality auditing support to shop floor operations
- Identify and communicate non-conformances and support corrective actions
- Maintain accurate inspection documentation and records
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read, interpret, and work from blueprints and technical drawings
- Working knowledge of basic inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, height gages, etc.)
- Willingness and ability to support weekend shift schedule
- This role is open ONLY to US Citizens as all candidates must be eligible for secret security clearance (clearance requires US Citizenship). Please note, clearance isn’t required to start (only eligibility). Candidates who are Permanent Residents (Green Card Holders), TN visa holders, H1B or F1 (OPT/CPT) candidates are NOT permitted in this role. This role is NOT open to corp2corp (C2C) or corp2hire (C2H).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience operating a Coordinate Measurement Machine (CMM)
- Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Experience with weld inspection
- Familiarity with Faro Arm, Laser Tracker, or Keyence measurement systems
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of related experience preferred
